Ragi Dosa (sweet)

Ragi Dosa (sweet)

Ingredients:
     Ragi - 1 Cup
     Rice Flour - 1 Cup
     Jagger - as required
     Oil - as required
     Cardamom Powder - 1tsp


Method of Cooking:
     Rice flour, Ragi flour, Sugar (vellam), Cardamom powder, Salt dissolving in water. soak for 30 minutes. Pour batter in the oil and take away the dry batter mix. Since it is  sweet so an eaten or Tomato chutney or mint chutney let the cradle. This simple dish is rich in Nutrients.
