Moto x (2017) : To Sport Dual - Rear Camera



Lenovo -owned Motorola is working on the next-generation version of its Moto X smartphone line-up. Some new images of the smartphone have surfaced online giving a closer look at the smartphone.The alleged Moto X (2017) flaunts an all-metal body and comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor placed on the front panel. The rear of the device houses a dual-rear camera with flash and there is also a flash on the front panel for better selfies. The overall design appears similar to that of the recently-launched Moto G5 Plus smartphones.

As per earlier reports, The Moto X (2017) is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. It is said to offer 32GB internal storage which can be expanded further via installing a microSD card. It amy feature a 5.5-inch Full HD display.

Moto X seems to have become a victim of all the restructuring going at the company in the year 2016, as there was no 2016 variant of the smartphone. Last Moto X series smartphone launched in 2015.It also remains to be seen where Lenovo places the alleged upcoming smartphone.Recently, the company has sent out media invites for the launch of the Moto G5 smartphone on April 4, 2017. The company launched the Moto G5 at the Mobile World Congress 2017, in Barcelona Spain. The Moto G5 is the smaller sibling of the company's recently-launched Moto G5 Plus smartphone and comes with a 5-inch Full-HD display and runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor and comes in two variants -- 2GB RAM/16GB storage and 3GB RAM/64GB storage.

For imaging duties, Moto sports a 13MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, while the front camera is a 5MP one. The device is backed by a 2,800 mAh battery and offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
